Grammy-nominated jazz composer and conductor Miho Hazama is internationally-renowned for her innovative compositions and dynamic performances. She has written for acclaimed artists like Joshua Redman, Lionel Loueke, Christian McBride, and Gil Goldstein, and received the 2021 commission from the Monterey Jazz Festival. Hazama and her chamber orchestra, m_unit, will perform arrangements of Thelonius Monk and Herbie Hancock classics, as well as original works.
